Favorable determination :o)

We are super excited because we received a favorable determination from USCIS (evening 3/18/13)!

What does that mean?

We are now able to complete and submit our dossier to China!

Yes, they used the biometrics we updated for Russia back in November :o)

We just scanned our documents and emailed them to our social worker for her approval before we take them for Authentication etc. 

Not feeling well but that doesn't stop me from celebrating! 

We are so happy…another step closer to our baby girl :0)

And of course we had to get something  for our Little Cupcake :0)
